College Fashion Week • Monthly Gift

Hello Beautiful People!

Last night I had the wonderful opportunity to attend College Fashion Week, put on by Her Campus. It was so much fun to get all dressed up and hit the town with my best friend, Stephanie. I was excited to see what this event would entail… I was not let down!

Monthly Gift Interview College Fashion Week

Stephanie and I getting interviewed about Monthly Gift! #AreYouGifted?

There were a sponsors surrounding the runway and it was cool to check out all the booths! Monthly Gift, my favorite booth at the event, is a monthly feminine hygiene product delivery service founded by Kimmy Scotti, a brand built by women, for women allowing convenient and discreet delivery of their monthly needs.

The concept of the subscription service is so cool! Each month, Monthly Gift packages will include a variety of tampons, pads, liners (unique to members’ own preferences), and of course, chocolate! Monthly Gift is a fun, irreverent brand providing convenience to women and all their monthly needs during their cycle – “We’ve got you covered, Period.” The corresponding app monitors ovulation and menstrual cycle patterns, alerting users when their “Monthly Gift” will arrive. The anticipated launch of this service is January 2016. I can’t wait!

Fashion Show

The show had three parts, showcasing different fashion trends for this fall season. All the models were real college girls, which I thought was such a great idea! Overall, I had such an amazing time at the show and I really hope they come to DC again next year!

I’d like to say a special thank you to my best friend Stephanie for accompanying me as well as my most perfect roommate, Nicole, for allowing me to borrow her camera and black shirt! The night wouldn’t of been the same without you both! ♥

This is a sponsored post in partnership with Monthly Gift and Her Campus Media. All words and opinions are my own.
