Hey y’all! My motivation behind this segment is to acquaint y’all to some of the most inspirational and fabulous women I know. Each Wednesday you’ll be introduced to another “Belle”, get to know them, and gain a little knowledge. Let’s get started!
Meet: Kaycee Jones
Olivia: What is your status- regarding school?
Kaycee: “I’m a senior at Arundel.”
Olivia: How do you describe your style?
Kaycee: “My style is very feminine yet very casual. I wear a lot of pink, black and white. Even if I am having a lazy day I try to incorporate girly touches like a Lilly Pulitzer phone case or a cute purse.”
Olivia: What’s something that makes you unique?
Kaycee: “Something unique about me is that I have moved all around the country because my dad was in the Air Force. I have lived in Texas, California, Virginia, South Carolina, and Maryland. Now I have plenty of people to go visit around the United States!”
Olivia: What’s your favorite season?
Kaycee: “Fall is my favorite season because I love to wear leggings and sweaters. I also love when the leaves change colors and when Starbucks releases the Pumpkin Spiced Latte.”
Olivia: All time favorite nail polish?
Kaycee: “Essie’s Cute as a Button” -I love that one too!
Olivia: What’s something you can’t live without?
Kaycee: “I could not live without my iPad because it has all of my music and my pictures with my friends. I take it everywhere with me.”
Olivia: What’s your go-to order at Starbucks?
Kaycee: “Venti Iced Passion Tea with 5 pumps of vanilla and raspberry in the spring and summer and a Pumpkin Spiced Latte in the fall.”
Olivia: What are your social media links?
Olivia: What are your thoughts on friendships?
Kaycee: “The best advice I can give to incoming freshmen is to not worry so much about being popular but concentrate on keeping a small group of close friends that you know you can trust. Throughout my freshman year, I worried so much about what other people thought of me but I have realized that it’s really not important. Now going into my senior year, I have four best friends that I know I can trust and wont stab me in the back. Less is more when it comes to friends.“
