It’s hard to believe that the month of June has already come and gone. I feel like time keeps speeding up! Before I know it I’ll be graduating from college- so wild! Without further ado here are some things I’ve been loving this June! Be sure to check out Hannahsbeauty14 on YouTube to see what her favorites were! She has been on YouTube for almost a year and is in the process of making a blog. How exciting! Show her some love (and be sure to tell her Olivia from Classygirlwithcurls sent you) 🙂 .
This month I ran out of my typical Macadamia leave in cream and decided to try something new. I was always tempted to give this bad boy a go but never had the opportunity. Low and behold I am head over heels for this! It does wonders taming my unruly, thick, curly hair. It’s pretty inexpensive compared to the Macadamia product I’ve been using. The only downside for me is that it smells strongly of grape. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy grapes but the scent reminds me of children’s Tylenol (ick). I can deal with the smell if it means I’ll have beautiful, luscious curls all day long!
2. Pixi Nail Polish: “Fluro Flamingo“
I spent last week at the beach and I was in need of a new nail polish color that would make me look tan. This color is the most captivating shade of pink! I haven’t been able to find a match with other brands. However, I don’t particularly like the nail polish itself. It’s clumpy and hard to apply. I’m dealing with it because of how much I adore the color. If anyone knows of a dupe I would greatly appreciate it!
3. Lilly Pulitzer Market Totes: “Nice Tail” & “Tootie Fruity“
At the end of May I went to Trader Joe’s and realized that I wanted really cute re-useable shopping bags. I found these two beauties on Country Club Prep (I am also an ambassador; if you would like some of the latest private deals just leave me a comment). I am obsessed with mermaids so I obviously couldn’t pass up the “Nice Tail” tote. I use it as a beach bag too! 🙂 I’m thinking about ordering some more since they are so durable (and adorable).
Holy. Mother. Of. Eyebrows. I don’t know why I haven’t tried this earlier. This duo is beyond amazing. The pigmentation is spot on and well as the overall quality. It makes my brow game hella strong. I get compliments on my eyebrows frequently and I have this little guy to thank! It’s kind of pricey ($23) but it’s totally worth it! I will most definitely be repurchasing it.
I know these bracelets are super trendy and whatnot but I couldn’t resist! My friend Stephanie (hey girl) got me the pineapple one as a graduation gift and I love it! I feel like pineapples are like flower-crowns or high-waisted shorts for preppy girls. The mermaid was a must. As I’ve said I am beyond obsessed with all things mermaid. I’m thinking about getting one more. Thoughts?
