Happy Friday Prepsters!
Today was a rainy day to end a long and stressful week. I decided I needed a pick-me-up and whipped up a Strawberry Smoothie. It is so easy even I can do it!
What you need:
Yogurt (I like Light & Fit)
Frozen Fruit (You can choose any that you like, I really love the strawberry ones!)
Blend all ingredients together in the blender until frothy. If it isn’t as sweet as you would like add 1 table spoon of Truvia!
